no. it is too late to buy ticket in NL. Buy it in Herzogenrath. I think you can buy it in Duesseldorf or Koeln HBF Reisenzentrum too.

Germany train ticket or studnet ticket can not travel to NL. Go to there early, crabs are not too much they could be sold out by noon

这种有个名字就是ANRUF LINIE TAXI，应该是公交公司根据统计后觉得这个站常年没人上下，却又不能取消站台，就设置了这么一个，如果有人电话了，那就开过去，否则不开到这里了，就是这么样子。
提前打电话是可行的，我肯定。

HZ3 应该是herzogenrath 的3路，也是公交车，州票应该是可以的。
