关键现在还是不知道哪里出问题了

是不是你的硬件出了问题?msn音频对话和右下角的音频设置是无关的，就算你音频设置把麦克风关闭了，msn照样是可以对话的。
如果你用的是笔记本自带麦克风的话，建议你找个外接的试试看。如果奏效，就是内置麦克风的问题。

我用的外接的，而且试过了，不是麦克风问题，第一页就写了

还是设置的问题，可是不知道问题在哪里

if u have tried everything carefully in it, u will see one place to let u choose the input device, just like the output device.

if u have only one sound card, this device is the same as output device.
then u will see below there is some choise like output options. make sure microphone is choosen.
click ok. u will see a eigenschaften window like before,but be careful. this time the option below every choise like microphone is Waehlen, before is aus. so waehl Microphone and ok.

就是这里，这样选了后用windows自带的录音程序测试一下，如果不行应该是声卡没有被系统认可，可能是驱动程序没安装好，可能是bios里面板载声卡被禁用了，可能是你的话筒没有插到正确的声卡的正确的话筒插口，可能是声卡坏了。
