Diese liegen allesamt in bereits bekannten Goldgebieten mitnachgewiesenen Gold-Ressourcen und ergänzen die bereits dort von Globexgehaltenen Projekte ideal.

GLOBEX ACQUIRES GOLDROYALTIES
Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. has acquired three netsmelter royalties on possible future gold production in Quebec from the receiverof McWatters Mines Inc.
In the Malartic area, Globex has acquired a 2-per-centnet smelter royalty on both the East Amphi and Fourax gold properties (41 claimsand one mining lease totalling 1,218 hectares) owned by Richmont Mines Inc. inMalartic and Fournier townships, Quebec.
Under the agreement, the royalty applies to productionafter the first 300,000 ounces of gold and includes the East Amphi gold deposit as well as the Fourax, Townsiteand Western Porphyry gold zones.
Richmont's East Amphi gold deposit isreported as of Dec. 31, 2006, in the 2006 Richmont annual report to contain99,909 tonnes grading 3.67 grams per tonne (g/t) Au (11,789 ounces) in thereserve category, 867,094 tonnes grading 5.9 g/t Au (164,554 ounces) in themeasured and indicated resource category, and 319,937 tonnes grading 5.91 g/t Au(60,775 ounces) in the inferred resource category. The report indicates thatRichmont is evaluating different options in order to maximize the value of theEast Amphiproperty.
The EastAmphi and Fourax gold properties adjoin Globex's 100-per-cent-ownedParbec gold property at the Parbec eastern boundary and in combination coverfive kilometres of the prolific, gold-localizing Cadillac fault. The propertyalso adjoins Osisko Exploration Ltd.'s developing gold deposit directly to northand the northwest.
Richmont has the right to purchase the royalty fromGlobex for $1.5-million at any time.
Globex has also acquired a 2-per-cent net smelterroyalty on the Fayolle gold property in Clericy and Aiguebelle townships,Quebec, beingdrilled by Typhoon Exploration Inc. The property consists of 79 claims covering2,962 hectares along what has been interpreted as the prolific, gold-localizingPorcupine-Destor fault. The royalty claims tie onto the west boundary ofGlobex's 100-per-cent-owned Victoria gold property and in combinationcover approximately eight kilometres of the gold-localizing Porcupine-Destorfault.
The Typhoon claims include the Fayolle, Destorbelle andVang gold zones. On Jan. 19, 2007, Typhoon released its National Instrument43-101 report by qualified person Alain Carrier of InnovExplo on the Fayollegold zone, which, at a cut-off grade of three grams, showed 106,900 tonnesgrading 6.4 g/t gold (21,976 ounces) in the indicated resource category and218,800 tonnes grading 6.3 g/t gold (44,648 ounces) in the inferred resourcecategory.
Typhoon has the right to purchase the royalty fromGlobex for $2-million at any time.
Also, included with the purchase of the above-mentionedroyalties, Globex acquired a 100-per-cent interest in three mineral claims inDufresnoy township, Quebec, adjoining Globex's 100-per-cent-ownedVauze mine property, a former zinc-copper producer just north of Rouyn-Noranda,Que. Recent geophysical work by Globex on the mine property has indicated apossible deep, untested geophysical anomaly in the minearea.
This transaction fits well into Globex's stated model ofbeing an exploration and royalty company.

(07,05,07)Globex Mining(WKN 911712) wurde von First Metals(Kanada-Kürzel: FMA) darüber informiert, dass man eine 20 Mio. CAD-Finanzierungzur Komplettierung der Untergrundarbeiten an der Fabie Bay Kupfermine, welche imBesitz von Globex ist und von First Metals in Option genommen wurde,abgeschlossen hat.
Sobald die Mine in Kürze inProduktion geht, wird Globex nicht nur 10 Prozent des Gewinns aus dieser Mineerhalten, sondern auch 2 Prozent des Netto-Metallwertes und 10 % derausstehenden Aktien von First Metals. Dies wären zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt circa3,1 Mio. Aktien, die bei 1,19 CAD notieren.
Damit dürfte dem Markt auch langsamklar werden, dass das Globex-Geschäftsmodell, nämlich den Großteil seiner 75Liegenschaften an andere Gesellschaften zu veroptionieren, ohne dabei selbst dasfinanzielle Risiko der Exploration einzugehen (sondern dafür auch noch Geld zukassieren!), langsam aber sicher aufgehen.
