图解1:材料准备:
白菜,肉糜,鸡蛋以及葱,香菇,胡萝卜,虾仁成丁(虾仁可选)

将白菜叶反过来,把外边的叶梗部分削薄,然后放在滚水中泡软~ 注意别像图中那么煮,否则叶子容易发黄~

6 取一张完整的菜叶,放在案板上,取适量的陷料+在菜叶上

图解7,将淀粉絘涂在白菜的另外一端,然后把菜卷紧,一直到另外一头,用淀粉将整个卷粘住,保持形状
