Tasks:
1.Preparations
-Preparationofdocuments,status reports, presentations
-BriefeingsforGM
-Boardmeetingpre and post care (documentation,interpretation, minutes)

2.Interpretation-Back andforthtranslations/interpretations for various meetingsand conversation fromandinto German

3.ProjectManagement/Organization
-Schedules
-Preptasks withcustomers, R&D, planning etc.
-Projectmeetings-Projecttool:“Reifegradspiegel”
-Project:localizationofkeyparts like cylinder block and cylinder head
Qualifications/Requirementsforthis Position:
-Chinese:mothertongue
-English:goodspoken andwritten skills
-German:native-likelevel
-revelantworkingexperience is prefered
-understandingoftheautomotive industry, engineering background
-goodcommuncationskills
-verygoodorganizing skillsand structural thinking
-highproficiencyin MSOffice as well as IT appliances (computer, projector, etc.)
-flexibilityandability towork under pressure
