求问在1500到1700度以上机械性能稳定的材料

合金，陶瓷都可以，不知道有没有同学有此种材料的使用经验。
常规我用的AlN，BN，Al2O3似乎都不够稳定。

另外，还得比较容易加工

能说说具体的要求吗？
这种情况下用陶瓷比较好吧，SiC，Si3N4应当都可以满足要求了吧。不过，陶瓷都不好加工，或者加工成本很高的。

恩，刚才着急忘了讲。是希望有这样材料的一个小坩埚，Tiegel
CBN的倒是好，但是做不出来，即使做出来也买不起。

我找找看你说的有没有。

不知道Zirconia的高温机械稳定性和化学稳定性好不好。没有用过。

toughened zirconia到了1500度会有degradation。最适合的还是SiC，不光性能稳定，低热膨胀系数和高导热性使得它有很好的耐热冲击性。
另外注意一下浸润性

还想问问，在1500度的时候，quarz和platin会开始变软了吗？
虽然数据是说没问题，不知道实际操作中的情况是怎样

ZrB2 (3245 °C) and HfB2 (3380 °C) are the recent high temperature ceramics. The combined composite of them made by NASA is used as thermal insulation materials for shuttle.

The material is very stable at very high temperatures (near 2000°C).The disadvantage is poor thermal shock behavior. But I think this is very normal for most of crucibles including Al2O3 and ZrO2. Toughened zirconia is definitely not  the candidate for crucibles.

If the quartz is pure monophase, then it should be OK at that temperature. But quartz is easy to transform at high temperature, and the different phase with different thermal expansion coefficients in the main body would  lead to cracks.
