But, with one seat spare in the family minibus, the couple feel they still have a gap to fill.

Less than a month after giving birth to their newest addition, Mrs Warriner is already broody for a tenth baby.

"I’m hooked on the adrenaline rush I get from having a beautiful baby and it is a miracle that lasts a lifetime," said the former nursery manager, 32.

) V- X' e$ x+ |* A5 Y* rThen on January 27 she gave birth to Avie, weighing 7lb 11oz, at Poole Hospital in Dorset.

To accommodate their family, the couple, from Bournemouth, have had an extra-large bath fitted and have extended their six-bedroom detached house.

& }1 \! T  G+ w1 CThey spend £170 a week on their food bill. And as a result of rising bills, they have not been on holiday for three years.

They struggle to organise even a weekend away as hotels and holiday homes are unable to accommodate so many children. * r+ V9 [. y: Z0 ^; r/ k

Mr Warriner, 45, who is applying for promotion to inspector to help support his brood, added: "When we got married ten years ago, Rayna said she’d like four children and I joked that I wanted eight. . }  \) z2 U/ D: n

"We agreed to settle for six but it hasn’t worked out that way." . \( U, l3 b8 }1 U

He added: "We haven’t had a holiday for years or a night out together. We don’t have a social life but I don’t feel I’m missing out."
