I can not use chinese in PC pool. sorry for using english.
I have a problem that my laptop can not connect the internet via vpn in my apartment  in Am Jesuitenhof 3 from yesterday morning.
the error code is 769.
I find there is something wrong with the local area connection. Because when I use the local area connection, it shows that LAN or internet is restricted or no connection.
then it also shows some possible reason: the network does not give a network address to the computer.
I don't know how to solve this problem and I also can not contact to the network assistant.
So I can only ask you here, hope you can help me , thanks a lot!

找网管，连IP地址都没有办法分配给你，网络管理员那里的事情~

控制面板 管理工具 你电脑是控制面板 右面第一排 第三个图标好像是  在添加删除程序旁边
另外估计你家电脑里面有些太热，网卡电路脱焊了 找个人拆开焊一下估计就好了

yes, i used kaspersky when I found this problem. And a Trojan Virus was found and killed by kaspersky.
Yesterday the network mentor said my account is activated. But I still can not connected the internet, still the same problem of the local area connection.

应该是有病毒所以被封了，网管在楼下可以查到的或者问你们那一层负责的人就知道了

看一下你楼下的公告那里，有管网络的学生。他虽然没有权限但是可以给你向STW的网络管理员反映

你的电脑去不到DHCP的地址。申请超时，获得了一个默认地址。你得联系一下网管，可能把你家端口封掉了。
