Bidding manager

Job Description
You will be responsible for the operation and management of integrated, large-scale or turnkey offer preparation and contract negotiation, acting as a team leader and coordinator for the bidding activities:
1)        To work with the account team to understand market opportunities, participate the pre-bid activities, respond to tender documentation, produce the bid response, and negotiate key issues with customers.
2)        To understand the project timeline and develop a project plan to meet the relevant milestones and steer the team to successful completion on time.
3)        To organize and monitor the whole bidding process including but not limited to the project planning, requirement analysis, overall solution and strategy decision, project cost and risks control, offer production and clarification, and contract negotiation.
4)        To take responsibility for the quality of offer and contract.

Requirements
1)        Bachelor degree or higher in telecommunications, computer or electronics.
2)        Good understanding one of the state-of-the-art telecom networks like mobile network, fixed network or optical network.
3)        At least one-year experiences as a bidding manager or similar position in telecommunication fields.
4)        To be an effective organizer and coordinator with good interpersonal skills, and proficient in project management.
5)        Working level of both English and German is mandatory.
