免学费的信息（具体的细节下周需要跟大学确认）信息已更新在一楼于3月5日22点
周三正式出台新政策，目前来说得知的准确信息是
1，以前的表格和申请条件作废（不需要交12个月的Auszüge）
2, 学习资金资助人的签名需不需要公证的事宜没有决定
3，2006年夏季学期在北威州任何一所大学注册（语言生不算），方可申请免费
4，有关公证事宜是讲，那个签字是否是你父母的亲笔签字，并不是公证家里人是否有能力为你支付学费。
（是以防止学生自己伪造家长签字，这点对学校的尊重还是要给的）所以说不麻烦的。。。
另外我会询问是否有其他的途径可寻（不过估计就上述一条路了），对了，如果有能力现在交了学费就不麻烦了，
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR EXEMPTION OF FEES
FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
All international students enrolled on or before the semester of summer 2006 who want to be exempted from payment of Tuition Fees for the next four semesters should follow the procedure given below:
1. A completed and signed AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT from your parent(s)/sponsor(s). The affidavit has to be notarized (certified) by a legitimate notary public in the country of residence of the parent(s)/sponsor(s). (Please note that this letter is strictly intended for internal use - for University record purposes only!)
2. A copy of your Transcript (Notenspiegel), obtainable from Pruefungsamt.
3. A copy of your Immatikulationsbescheinigung from the University Automats.
4. A completed and signed “Antrag auf Befreiung von der Beitragspflicht” form, (Tuition fee exemption application form), which is available at Studierendensekretariat.
5. Please submit all of the above-named documents at one of the following offices of Studierendensekretariat till Friday 9th March 2007!

6. If a student is unable to submit the above documents before 9th March 2007, then that student will be temporarily Exmatriculated. This Ex-matriculation will not affect your studies or Exams. But all hope is not lost, as you are still entitled to another four weeks, i.e. till the 9th April 2007 to reinstate your Immatriculation and also to submit the above-mentioned documents required for exemption from Tuition Fees.
7. For all those students who have already paid their Tuition Fees for the coming semester will get back a full refund (i.e.500
