JACKSONVILLE, Florida - Federal investigators are searching for answers in the sinking of the cargo ship El Faro, which went down near then-Category 4 Hurricane Joaquin close to the Bahamas. There were 33 people on board in what is being called the worst maritime disaster for an American cargo vessel in 30 years.On Tuesday night, family members and friends of the missing crew members gathered in Maine for vigils.
