那为啥ZU里说For the RWTH Master Programme in stg currently no tuition fees have to be paid. Students will
receive a study account and will only have to pay tuition fees once the study credit is used up (usually
after 6 semesters / 3 years).
跟着ZU又发了一楼的那封信呢？那到底要不要付钱啊？

stg应该是指在rwth同时有bachelor 和 master 课程的专业
