Producer Live Operations (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of approx. 10  product and monetization specialists
• Provide strategic direction and a development roadmap for a series of games
• Develop long-term sales and game design strategies for the games in charge, and supervise the implementation of promotions to maximize virtual goods revenue
• Train your team in analyzing game metrics to identify opportunities for optimizing performance, incl. conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
• Cooperate with internal engineering teams to design new promotion formats and improve monetization tools
• Support internal and external marketing teams in developing user acquisition strategies
• Facilitate the community management for the games in charge
• Manage relationships with senior management of external development partners
• Tirelessly promote and champion your products in a fast paced environment

Your qualifications

• University degree - Master’s / Diploma preferred
• 7+     years of working experience in gaming or a similar online industry
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Solid leadership skills
• High level of initiative and result orientation, ability to work independently and strong sense of ownership
• Excellent project management and strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects concurrently
• Knowledge of gaming industry, strong passion for social games or MMOs
• Fluency in English
• Passion for working in a start-up environment within a performance-driven company
