Work place: Landsbergerstr. 110-114, D-80339 München
General summary:
The Chief Sales Representative will directly report to Deputy Sales Director. The key responsibility of this role will be serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Ensure deliverables meet strategic requirements of the Client, add value to the client, and meet our quality standards.
While executing these traditional duties in a rigorous manner, the Chief Sales Representative will also play an important role as one of the key strategic roles driving the growth and expansion of the international business. A Chief Sales Representative is not only strong operationally, but also a strong strategist and business partner.
l Primary Responsibilities:
Program Development and Execution
ü Sales target controlling; Weekly report on current performance and forward forecast, analyze current situations and develop solution to break through;
ü Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts;
ü Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc;
ü Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments;
ü Develop and maintain relationship with local solar project developers, project integrators and installers; 3C investigation and survey;
ü New customer development, contract signing and achieve sales target set by HQ;
ü Communicate with different functioning departments in HQ to coordinate relationships between customers and company;
ü Local market information collection, and periodically report to higher managers.
People Management
ü Develops people within the team and across capabilities by coaching, identifying areas for growth, celebrating successes, managing promotion process, keeping an open dialogue with your team, identifying training opportunities;
ü Manages team by providing guidance, establishing goals and providing an appropriate level of feedback on a regular basis;
ü Establishes and grows relationships across capabilities.
Other Functions Required
ü Strong sales experience: ideally has worked in a sales role for 3+ years in a PV industrial organization with progressive experiences;
ü Solid working knowledge of sales, business development, and account management;
ü Excellent negotiation skills and be able to communicate with customers at all levels;
ü Strong customer relationship skills, ability to grow and retain accounts, build relationships, quickly spot and communicate potential risks and issues;
ü Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment, willingness to be an active participant in a team environment and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
l Language Skills
ü Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
ü Fluent with English and German; Chinese is plus
