Application Engineer_Industrial
Your Tasks:
- Support sales engineers, distributors and customers by: visiting the customers (technical discussion); participating in the project with cooperation of SE; dealing with the technical issues and customer complaints; giving technical seminars to customers
- Participate in development of new products’ customer and manufacturing procedures
- Translate catalogues materials
- Attend exhibitions and the segment conferences
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Comprehensive hands-on mechanical knowledge; especially in Steel, Machine tools, Railway, Power Transmission, Construction Machinery, Gear Box and Linear system. Experience of bearings is preferred
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Good communication and coordination skills

CAE Engineer_Corporate Engineering
Your Tasks:
- Perform motion and dynamic analysis for bearings and write professional report
- Analyze and simulate product in development phase as well as support design and application to optimize product
- Use FE tools to predict the product failure
- Master technical knowledge documentation and others
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or automotive engineering
- At least 1 year working experience in automotive company
- Good command of spoken and written both English and Chinese
- Good communication and presentation skill
Customer Service Engineer_Quality
Your Tasks:
- Keep record of all costumer returns and their treatment via 8 Disciplines report with analysis of the problem including reference to quality assurance, impact on plant and damage caused
- Follow up customer complaints
- Prevent from further customer complaints (product care)
- Generate complaints information and cost for management reference
- Provide consultation to technical department, field staff and the customer in the event of damage
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or manufacturing
- At least 1 years experience in customer services in the automotive industry
- Experience of using quality systems, 8 Disciplines, statistic methods
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good communication skills
Design Engineer_Corporate Engineering
Your Tasks:
- Conduct product design according to application engineer’s requirements
- Work with test equipment engineer to provide design service for test rig built-up
- Prepare Computer Aided Design models for Computer Aided Engineering usage
- Implement design guidelines and methodology from headquarter in local design activities
- Provide application engineer with training in design guidelines and methodology
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or automotive engineering
- At least 1 year working experience in industrial company
- Familiar with mechanics basics & ProE (2D and 3D)
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good presentation skills and communication skills
- Well known in software programming is preferred
Manufacturing Supervisor
Your Tasks:
- Lead production team to implement production plan to meet customer requirement
- Work with quality engineer to investigate quality problems
- Manage production area and implement some improvement to ensure safety production
- Coach and develop production team, conduct periodical performance assessment for production team members, provide training to production team
- Other works assigned by the direct Manager
Your Profile:
- Bachelor or above degree with mechanical background
- At least 3 years practical experience in production
- Excellent team working skills through whole production procedure
- Good knowledge of effective management

Product Design_Double Clutch
Your Tasks:
- Conduct dry double clutch calculation and design
- Communicate with HQ design department tightly to support the project
- Support customer on technical issues
- Support DCT localization projects
Your Profile:
- University degree or above with more than 2 years relevant experience
- Fluent English and German, spoken and written
- Good computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
Product Development_DCT Actuator
Your Tasks:
- DCT clutch & gear actuator development
- Actuator motor & electronics development
- Communicate with HQ development department tightly to support the project
- Support customer on technical issues
- Support DCT localization projects
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above in electro-mechanical engineering
- Well know electronics, at least 2 years electro-mechanical work experiences
- Good skills on English or German language, more is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
Product Manager_Industrial
Your Tasks:
- Study feasibility of project
- Hand project process according to the company regulation
- Maintain project documentation
- Control project cost and schedule
- Solve project problem
Your Profile:
- Working experience with project management
- Bachelor degree at least
- Mechanical specialty
- Experience within global company
- Good understanding to quality system
- Speak English fluently
Product Testing_Double Clutch
Your Tasks:
- Prepare and perform double clutch tests
- Analyze and evaluate test result, create test reports
- Support customer test/analysis on the spot
- Maintain test equipments, prepare necessary toolings, support test rig buildings
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or automotive engineering
- Mechanical engineering know how, at least 2 years testing experiences
- Good skills on English or German language
- Work experiences on automatic transmissions preferred
- Good at communication and coordination skill
Project Manager_Industrial
