SKF is now launching the sixth wave of International Trainee Program to invite high potentials to join the China talent pool. Chinese students who have master education in Europe and graduate in 2010, 2011 or 2012 can join a world leading company and contribute to further growth and operational excellence!

Successful candidates of the international trainee program will go through an international assignment from 18 to 24 months in Europe for competency development and networking. You will get a clear career direction, supported by a tailor-made program with rich contents, mentoring and attention from senior management. After the international assignment, you will be offered a job in one of the business units in China to start your long-term career development in SKF.

In 2013, we are looking for trainees in the following areas in the city of Shanghai, Niaoning-Dalian, etc.
1. Application Engineering
2. Process Engineering
3. Product Development

Requirements:
1. Master degree students studying in Europe, major in Mechanical Engineering, etc.
2. Determined to station and work in China after the trainee program
3. Interested in people and with leadership or specialist ambitions
4. Share our values - Openness, Teamwork, Empowerment and High Ethics
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
