[职场信息] Service Engineer (Terminal) from Huawei Technologies
Main responsibilities
In this challenging position your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Technical problem investigation and close communication with R&D to define solutions for Terminal products
Authorized Service Partner management, including hotline training, monthly report analysis, logistic optimization, repair service management, etc.
Close communication with German operators, including routine meetings, participation in service related contract negotiation, hotline training for new products, etc.
Identification of a service strategy in the German open market, including marketing research for service sale and building up a service mode for open market processes
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant experience
3-5 years work experience in IT industry
Experience in open market management or with German main operators or a multinational terminal product company is considered an advantage
Solution oriented person with a strong target orientation and self-motivation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficient in English and German, other languages would be an added advantage.
