BILLINGS 鈥?After the boards top pick for Billings School District 2 superintendent declined the position Wednesday, a Helena school administrator has accepted the job.Greg Upham, who was the assistant superintendent in Helena, agre jordan ed Thursday salomon to take the position in Billings, according to SD2 Board of Trustees Chairwoman Greta Besch Moen.Besch Moen said Upham agreed to a base salary of $165,000.The board will vote on accepting the contract at the May board meeting.
