Job Vacancies:
Aimed to proactively increase specialist capacities in SKF China, to speed up the knowledge/process transfer between SKF China and SKF global and to establish the global networking we are now starting the Wave 7 recruitment process of our International Trainee Programme of SKF China. Therefore we are looking for International Trainees for SKF China.
The successful candidate will go through a 24-month trainee period with a clear career direction and tailor-made program contents, including 6 months foundation training in China and 18 months international job assignment in Europe or USA. After the international trainee program, you will start the job in one of SKF China business units to start your long-term career development in SKF.

The vacancies of the international trainee program include Mechanical Engineer, Product Development Engineer, Product Design Engineer, Ceramics Engineer, Process Improvement Engineer, Quality Engineer, Product Engineer, Application Engineer, etc.
The target locations in China of these positions include Shanghai, Dalian, Jinan, Pinghu, etc.


Job Requirements
1. Chinese students who got/will get the master degree in Europe/USA in 2011 or 2012,  major in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Quality, Metallurgy/Materials Science, etc.
2. Fluent in Mandarin and English
3. Determined to station and work in China for long term career development;
4. Good communication skills, good learning attitude and learning skills; self-motivated, practical;
5. Share our values – Openness, Teamwork, Empowerment and High Ethics;
