每日一秀。今日例汤是酸辣汤。哇哈哈:D

木耳、金针菜洗净泡开分别切丝切段;
豆腐切细条,牛肉切碎、鸡蛋打散;
罐头笋丝若干。
煮一锅开水,先把碎牛肉丢进去,大火煮开之后撇去浮沫,
然后把其它的配料(鸡蛋除外)一股脑放进去煮开。
关火,按个人口味加酱油(生抽少放点,多加老抽容易上色)、鸡精、盐,然后勾芡(厚薄看个人喜好,我喜欢勾厚一点blush.gif)。
再开大火,边搅拌边慢慢倒入鸡蛋,煮开就可以了。
吃的时候加适量醋和黑胡椒粉。11.gif
