学生宿舍是不是下不了BT了？

哭死，继DC++被封以后，现在BT也不能下了，莫非以后想看电影，一定要去电影院？
哪位高人有破解的方法，分享一下吧。
另外谁知道，封BT的原理到底是什么？应该不是端口，因为端口是随机的。
