I have bought a Parkard Bell dot s netbook in Karlsruhe. It came with a simple Windows 7 starter edition with both German and English inputs already pre-installed. I downloaded 谷歌拼音输入法 and the Chinese input works very well. Hope this would help someone. Viel Glück!!
