JD：
Volkswagen released just now a new large projects which need 30 German speaking workforces.

Background:

VW and new plants surrounding China, aspire to increase their production capacity up to 4 Million units comparing 3 Million units last year.

Besides Blue-collars, also need more fresh German speaking engineers who might support and coordinate over there…

Requests:

1.      Mayor in Engineering background, fluent German communication skills;

2.      Willing to work under Production and Logistics department and automotive industry;

3.      Work Location: in Shanghai;

4.      All candidates need to pass horrible AC(评估中心测试), before signing contract..



VW offer:

1.      Technical training in Germany, then send back to plants regarding to work allocation;

2.      Unrestricted Contract;

3.      Incentive salary in the market. （PS：我朋友说，这个职位的月薪是10-15k，一年发18个月的工资）


By the way, we just need new fresh graduates, cause this project aims to “定向培养计划”
