教大家如何做 清蒸鲜鱼


1. 鲜鱼洗干净. 然后放在盘子里. 把姜切片,放在 鱼的身上. 在鱼的身上均匀的撒上盐. 放置5分钟.
(鱼最好是新鲜的,冰冻过的鱼不适合做清蒸. 另外最好选比目鱼系列的.我用的是STEINBUTT.)

2.然后将鱼在锅里蒸大概15分钟. (时间取决于鱼的大小)

3,蒸鱼的时间内,将葱姜切丝备用.  需要准备蒸鱼鼓油(或酱油)

4,大概15分钟后鱼蒸好了.  将盘内的水倒掉. 将姜片从鱼身上去掉..

5, 将葱丝,姜丝放在蒸好的鱼身上, 然后浇上鼓油(酱油).

最后呢, 炸点花椒油, 趁热到在鱼身上就可以了.
