a.a. No, it's not a problem, it's only a topic  ( I have no idea what’s going on there, or i'd rather use some analytic way to see the whole situation)


b.b.Yes, it's a problem, cuz we see the conflicts there.( I know what happens to some extents and I have given it a thought or discussed about it with others, so I know I have my own position)

2.2.  What is the problem do you think about “ Tibet-China”？（Which basic perspective do you have?）
a.       a.Tibet should not be a part of China, so Tibet should be free from China (Free Tibet-Problem)
b.      b.Tibet is a part of China, but China has violate the Human Rights in Tibet.(Human Rights - Problem)
c.       c.Tibet is a part of China, and the Western should not interfere in Chinese internal affairs. (Interference in internal affairs - Problem)
d.       d. I  cannot tell  exactly what  the problem is, but i believe it's difficult and complex, and i want know more about it; or i dont have a definite standpoint, but still hold other different opinions about this issue.

I. Kick-off meeting on 12. Jun:

Why:

1. To get to know the rules
2. For self-introductions of participants
3. For grouping the participants into four teams
How:

1.
The moderators introduce the rules.
2.
In the mean time let the participants fill out the questionnaire and ask questions until the rules are clear.
3.
Let participants introduce themselves one by one, and then group them into four teams
4.
Spare some time at the end for participants to find their team members and get to know each other for a short discussion


II. Blockseminar on 28.29.Jun.

Participants, moderators and Thierry Dodin
Why:
1.
For each team presenting arguments

To observe how the other teams defend for their perspectives
3.
To reflect on how people persist in their own perspectives.


First day:

Dodin introduces himself and will give some basic information about Tibet ABC

fouFocus on 3 perspectives:
1. The history of Tibet
2. The present situation of Tibet( statistics about population etc.

3. How Tibet becomes an international  discourse
