To support this basic standpoint, we can divide the argumentation into three  parts according to three different perspectives:
把西藏问题归到干涉内政问题，我们可以从以下三个方面分别论证：

1. 实证派（历史文献史料）
    西藏在历史上一直是中国的一部分，西藏现在的问题是一个西藏文化融入主流汉文化必经的一个过程
2. 思辩派（观点逻辑论证）

3. 政治派 （战略策略分析）
    西方政治是在利用西藏问题来挟制中国的发展
