关于新生免学费

刚才一查邮箱才知道今天上午又开大会了   哎 又没去成   

还有一封叫做good news的信(剩下七封都是动员令) 内容如下




Hi friends,
For the old students

If u are in the 3rd semester or more ,you dont have to proof that u need more than 20 credits.

you should passed minimum more than 2 or three Subject(TS or NT, it dose not matter).



For the new Students

If you have good notes in the 1st semester or ur family position is bad or u are not able to pay ur tuition fees, just you can apply to the following address with your problems:
