A letter to all the Psychiatric Association in the world:
Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is a pleasure to meet you. My name is Yang Guilin(杨桂林). I am the legal person of Yiming Research Institute of Chinese Medical Science in Guiyang, China (中国贵州益铭中医药科学技术研究所). I have been a Chinese herb doctor since forty years ago. And I have developed two methods of curing psychotic with Chinese medical by myself.
