Job title:IT Support Specialist
Responsibilities: 1. User desktop/laptop support
Work together with HQ IT hotline to give local users onsite support for all problems including desktop/laptop, scanner, printer, operating system, application client etc.
2. Desktop/Laptop provision
Install hardware, operating system and application clients on new laptops/desktops before distributed to users. Standardize the installation configuration.
3. Local IT Project implementation
Work together with IT infrastructure engineer for project implementation in local office. Be responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
4. User training
Be responsible for new employee induction training and OA platform training including all widely used IT platforms.
5. Local IT service maintenance
Identify the reason of IT infrastructure incident. Solve local incident such as resetting the equipment, changing a faulty disk, contacting local service provider etc.
6. System development
Develop local IT applications to achieve quick win for business departments
