But on Tuesday, federal prosecutors wrote that Boeing breached its obligations under the deferred prosecution agreement, in part by allegedly failing to design, implement, and enforce a compliance and ethics program to prevent and detect violations of the U.S. fraud laws throughout its operations. For failing to fulfill completely the terms of and obligations under the DPA, Boeing is subject to prosecu stanley cup tion by the United States for any federal criminal violation, Justice Department officials wrote in the letter. WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Palm Beach County deputies have made an arrest in a nearly 20-year-old murder case.The sheriff s office reports adidas originals that detectives arrested 47-year-old Antonio Calvillo in the 1995 death of 27-year-old Shirley Laseter of Belle Glade. A warrant was issued for Calvillo s arrest less than two weeks after Laseter s death, but police sa reebok id he had fled for Mexico. He was located last week in San Francisco.An autopsy concluded Laseter died of blunt-force trauma, apparently with a five-gallon bucket of dirt found by her body. Police say Calvillo could be a suspect in other crimes.
