低调啊低调

假文章？
我仔细去rand公司主页搜索了一下，没有发现类似的报告。
现在很多人写一些非常激进的言论，然后挂一个外国公司的牌子，挂羊头卖狗肉。
特别是这篇文章，其中遣词造句非常主观，没有任何数据。非常不专业。
不像出自专业人士之手，倒是和网络愤青比较合拍。

比如这篇rand公司关于中国银行体制改革的文章：

完全就是一片科研论文，其中有大量数据，图表，语言非常客观。这是其中conclusion的几段话：
"In China, the reform of the financial system has been carried out cautiously and gradually;
however, much progress has been made to date, particular considering the fact that bankingsystem
reform based on market mechanisms began less than 15 years ago. In particular, the
structural reform of major Chinese commercial banks progressed significantly in the four years
following 2002. Efforts by the government and by commercial banks are beginning to bear
fruit. They have reduced balance sheet problems and improved performance. With major commercial
banks in better shape and in light of the remaining restrictions on international capital
transactions, fear of losses due to the competition with foreign banks is not a serious issue, at
least in the short term."
对于标题之中的：[url=viewthread.php?tid=316033]自私、贪婪、冷酷、缺乏勇气和正直、管理能力差[/url]。用来形容一个15亿人口的大国，绝对是racist言论。
泡制这篇文章的人，大概是没有真正在国外生活过的，不了解反种族歧视的各种规章。特别是美国公司，discrimination绝对是一大罪。RAND公司不会白痴到白纸黑字的写这样一篇报告出来。

一篇评论文章，没有数据，没有图表，没有实际的调查。想当然得到的结论也就是垃圾。
