我住 10 号，大家可以按我的门铃
一开始我会坐在门口的沙发上，偷窥按偶门铃的人。
而且我会在楼里贴路标，指引大家去电视房。

The biggest concern is whether it disturbs your flatmates since the TV room is a public place.

Are there some football plays in the evening?

If not, I think it is no problem, because it is going to be only about 2 hours.
