Das Problem scheint in China zu liegen. Wenn man von der RUB aus
ns1.sina.com.cn nach der/den IP-Adressen von www.sina.com.cn fragt bekommt
man als Antwort:

Macht man das Ganze von Arcor aus erhält man auf die gleiche Frage ein ganz

Es ist offensichlich, dass der/die chinesischen Provider anhand ankommender
IP-Adressen filtern.

Leider können wir hier nicht viel gegen unternehmen.

RZ认为，问题在于中国的网络供应商对IP的过滤。

写错了，应该是 ARCOR。

网通的就没有问题，比如搜狐，网易，百度。

不能说是被封，是慢到打不开。

电信似乎把我们的访问都分到了服务器较少的上海。

我们也搞不清到底是谁有问题。。。

网通，联通，长城和移动的站点没问题，
电信和铁通超级慢。
