•        Master degree or PhD in chemistry or in chemical engineering
•        Above average of his class, broad scope of chemical and technical knowledge, esp. in organic chemistry
•        Work experience or further professional education abroad
•        Work experience in the chemical industry (China or abroad) for at least 1 year as
        Plant manager/engineer or deputy
or
        Project manager R&D/engineer or deputy

•        Skills in English (speaking and writing)
•        Adaptive and willing to learn constantly
•        Able to be part of a team
•        Ambitious, reliable, and flexible
•        Looking for a long term employment

einen Chemie-Ing. oder auch Verfahrenstechniker (also Dipl.-Ing.), der muss folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:

„Grundausbildung“ in China, mindestens bis Batchelor
Weiterbildung im Westen, entweder bis Master, PhD oder Post-Doc
Industrieerfahrung, egal wo, wenigstens ein Jahr
Darf ruhig schon älter sein, bis 40 wäre ok
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Dauerstellung, nicht nur Projektarbeit
