Actually this is what I have thought about and discussed with Chris.
My idea is that we can separate to two fxied groups. Every subteam has its own
captain, and own tacticles. The organization should be kept for at least
one or two months before the whole team get reorganized again. Then,
the two teams take at least 3 matches for at least two maps everyweek.
The one(s) who does not get the turn to join the match can setup the hltv
to record demos. If each team can watch and analyze the demos after matches,
that will be perfect. Otherwise, the two captains should spend some time on it.
Since we have training schedule twice a week, so if we still have some time.
We can focus on shooting skill which I think probably most of us really need to
improve.

I can not play with you now, but I am always watching our team's prograss.

Day after tomorrow, when I am back, we can play together again......
