if u have tried everything carefully in it, u will see one place to let u choose the input device, just like the output device.

if u have only one sound card, this device is the same as output device.
then u will see below there is some choise like output options. make sure microphone is choosen.
click ok. u will see a eigenschaften window like before,but be careful. this time the option below every choise like microphone is Waehlen, before is aus. so waehl Microphone and ok.
