Is there anything wrong with the lan system of dorm?

I got my internet access in dorm last Wednesday and it can't work since last Sunday. The connection card is conneted but it can't get the IP address from the network.

The internet tutor came to my room this Wednesday and everything seems to be fine when he came. But it stopped to work again yesterday.

Anyone knows why?

Is there anything wrong with the lan device in my room or with the lan system in the dorm?

BTW, I am living in Gutenberg Strasse.

第一次来的时候internet tutor说是windows系统比较stupid，所以有时候找不到IP，后来周五的时候internet tutor又到我屋里来检查了一下，说是我的网线不稳定，所以有时能上有时不能，告诉我换条新网线是唯一的办法，我ft，上次不行的时手我就换了一根新的网线，不行还是不行。好在这两天都正常了。

我也发现这个方法了，不过指的IP不能一直用，有时候用着用着就不行了，然后又换回自动获取IP就好了
