As the club let out after an event, witnesses told officers that a fight broke out in a nearby parking lot and that a man was pointing a gun toward a semi-trailer which was parked on the lot. Officers observed the suspect runn stanley cup ing from the scene with what appeared to be a gun in his hand. While in pursuit of the subject, he attempted to hide behind the semi-trailer. After several verbal commands, the subject came from behind the trailer empty handed. Officers deta stanley thermos ined the subject and then went back to inspect the area in which he was hiding. A loaded, automatic gun was recovered and the suspect, Franklin Brown-Talante, 22 of Lanham, was arrested and charged with stanley mugs  possession of a deadly weapon.
