PHOENIX -- A screening system problem that caused more than 3,000 checked bags to miss their nike dunk  outbound flights in Phoenix has been fixed, officials with Transportation Security Administration said.The baggage-screening systems at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport w ugg ere being tested throughout the night in preparation for Friday s scheduled operations, according to TSA spokesman Nico Melendez. We are cautiously optimistic that it will be fully operational in the morning,  Melendez said. Additional canine units from other airports and network specialists will be on hand in case any problems arise, he added.                                        TSA hasn t said what caused the problems, reports CBS Phoenix affiliate KPHO-TV.CBS 5 - KPHO The problem began at about 6:45 a.m yeezy . and only affected Sky Harbor.        Julie Rodriguez, a Sky Harbor spokeswoman, said the problem existed in all three of the airport s terminals.It wasn t immediately known how many of the airport s 16 airlines were affected but Melendez said Southwest was significantly impacted. A 20-year-old suburban Detroit woman who was declared dead only to be found alive at a funeral home in August has died, the attorney representing her family said. Timesha Beauchamp died Sunday at Children s Hospital in Detroit, Geoffrey Fieger said in a news release.Beauchamp s family, who live in Southfield, called 911 on Aug. 23 because she appeared to be suffering from serious breathing problems. Emergency medical technicians and paramedics responded, and a doctor who didn t attend the scene pronounced Beauchamp deceased after one of the first responders reported by telephone that she had been unresponsive for 30 minutes and showed no signs of life.                James H. ATLANTA -- City officials say Atlanta is dealing with a cyberattack that is holding i stanley cup nternal systems hostage using ransomware, CBS affiliate WGCL-TV reports. Around 5 a.m., a written communication from the hackers warned that they had frozen the city s computer systems, CBS News homeland security correspondent Jeff Pegues reports.The attack caused outages on several computer systems. Online bill paying services and some law enforcement data was unavailable.  According to WGCL-TV, a ransom note demanding payment in the cryptocurrency bitcoin was discovered Thursday morning. The letter states that all files had been encrypted, and require a key to regain access.                                         Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms tells CBS News the city is receiving assistance from the FBI, Department of Homeland Security  DHS , Microsoft and Cisco Security. We are aware of the situation and have offered our technical expertise and support to the city of Atlanta, as is standard practice for any of our public or private sector partners,  DHS officials said in a statement.  Information shared with the department for cybersecurity purposes is confidential, and so we defer to the city to discuss details of its networks.          City sent a tweet in response to the incident, which reads in part:  The City of Atlanta is currently experiencing outages on various customer-facing applications, including some that customers may use to pay bills stanley cup  or access court- stanley cups related information.
