The chairman of Russia's Duma Defense Commission has warned that Russia will take "diplomatic and military measures" against a US funded laboratory in Georgia. He said the Lugar center in Tbilisi was "designing biological weapons and viruses," while Georgia called the allegation "absurd propaganda."
