列支敦士登大型企业招募中文母语的Technical Project Manager

一家总部在列支敦士登(Liechtenstein)的生产工业用电钻以及紧固件的大型企业，想找一个母语是中文的项目经理，最好是电子或者机械类的专业， 负责和台湾的商务伙伴的业务。最好有相关产品的研发工作经验。

具体的职位描述如下：

Technical Project Manager (for Asian Projects)

Business Unit Direct Fastening



Main object of the job

Responsible for the technical part of international product development and supply projects of new Direct Fastening Systems and components, such as gas actuated and possibly powder actuated tools. Ensure coordination of development and supply partners in Taiwan with the local team in Schaan (FL).



Specific Tasks and responsibilities


· Leading of the technical project team


· Active contribution as  a member of the project core team. This team consists of all key functions, such as overall project mgmt, technical project mgmt, marketing, supply and quality mgmt)


· Coordinate and lead efficient and appropriate communication between the Schaan (FL) team and Asian team, under consideration of the different language and culture background.


· Compile product specifications and requirements and align it with all stakeholders


· Responsible for planning, execution and tracking of all technical project activities.


· Understand and deal with various technical and supply challenges (mechanics, electronics, testing concepts, manufacturing). Bring in own ideas/solutions and involve experts if required.


· Adopt development and risk management methods (FMEA, Design Reviews, Problem Solving, etc)




Qualifications


· Engineering degree in electronics or mechanics


· Experience in product development and project management


· Asien background or affinity to Asia, ideally Taiwanese


· Languages: English, Mandarin Chinese, ideally Taiwanese
