Assistant to Director of Market-German Intern (EU025)

Handary is one of world’s leaders in bio-fermentation engineering. We design and deliver natural protective solutions and preservatives to meet market demands for extending shelf life for foods, beverages and health care products.

We are looking for 1 German intern up to 6-12 months with initiative experience in selling natural food preservatives to large accounts in food production.

Responsibilities
- Will be the assistant to the Marketing Director and will support him in efforts to achieve short and long-term marketing goals and objectives.
- Develop business plans
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers in German-speaking region.
- In conjunction with Europe Sales Manager, define and assist in execution of local activities including: Sales tools, trade shows, etc'
- Collect competitive information and share it with the sales team.
- Manage the selling efforts of the company’s broad product range in German-speaking region to increase sales volume and market share

Daily business: prepare tenders and quotations, conclude contracts as well as care for customer satisfaction in the order processing.

Profile:
- Academic Degree, BA, BSC /MBA in Marketing, management and/or food science.
- Excellent commercial and business skills.
- Ability to work independently, remotely managed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
- Fluency in German and English, other European languages is plus.
- Self driven, results oriented with a positive attitude and clear focus on business quality.
- Ability to work extended hours when required.
