1. 新材料工程师New-Material Engineer

Job responsibilities：

1.Be responsible for the planning, equipment selection, plan implementation of the existing roll forming, section bar, plate and stamping production line and the production line of new auto model.
2.Design, construction, and technology process-control of the advanced weight-light vehicle body.
3.Process, molding, and maintenance of the aluminium materials or composite materials.

Qualification:
1. Be familiar with the physical and chemical characteristics of aluminum alloy, carbon fiber, graphene, glass fiber and other base and composite materials;
2. Know well the forming process of the materials mentioned above and its related equipment;
3. Be familiar with the hot working technology;
4. Be familiar with friction welding, electric resistance welding, laser welding, gas-shielded  welding, bonding, riveting, bolt joining and other joining technology of vehicle body as well as their materials and equipment; understand the method optimization of the connection among different materials.

2. 整车性能专业总师 Vehicle Performance General Engineer

Job responsibilities：

1.Responsible for new energy automotive general layout, performance integration, technology and process management
2.In charge of the technial development and management in general layout area
3.Responsible for the  scheme, solutions, planning, budget and technical negotiation of general layout and Performance integration
4.Promote the technological capabilities of vehicle performance
5.Responsible for new energy vehicle integration, key technological performance promotion and improvement, research and development on key components

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above, vehicle engineering or related major is preferred, senior professional titles.
2.Several years' experience in completed vehicle management, experience in leading vehicle performance of domestic and international large automotive group is preferred.
3.Familiar with automotive products, technology and Product development process.
4.Excellent communication and organized management ability, be able to work and solve problems from the general view of the whole situation and system angle.

3. 数字化工厂规划师Digitalized Factory Planner

Job responsibilities：

1.Making the integrated plan and project for the factory and workshop according to the requirements of the digitalized factory.
2.Setting standard and making improvements for the schedule, technology, equipment, and quality of the plan and project according to the standard of the digitalized factory.
3. Support the verification work from the virtual assembly to the practical assembly stage;
4. Carry out the work according to the requirements of lean production and design standards;
5. Settle and administrate technical matters

Qualification:

1.Be proficient in AutoCAD, CATIA, DELMIA, AutoForm and other computer-aided analysis and modeling software;
2.Be able to do the modeling independently and make the standard part library of the digitalized factory;
3.Be familiar with automobile production technology and have a general knowledge of ergonomics;
4.Know well the production organizational mode of automobile manufacturing enterprises and the internal logistics organization;
5.Have a full understanding of lean manufacturing theory;

4. 碰撞安全专业总师Chief Engineer of Crash Safety Specialty

Job responsibilities：

1. Be responsible to set the finished-automobile crash safety performance objectives of the new energy automobiles;
2. Be responsible to decompose the finished-automobile crash safety performance objectives to systems and parts;
3. Be responsible for the formulation of the finished-automobile crash safety performance objective achievement plan;
4. Be responsible for the rectification of the finished-automobile crash safety performance problems in coordination with relevant departments;
5. Be responsible for the technical ability building work of the finished-automobile crash safety performance team and others.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree or above, vehicle engineering or related major is preferred, senior professional titles.
2. Several years' experience in completed vehicle management, experience in leading vehicle performance of domestic and international large automotive group is preferred.
3. Familiar with automotive products, technology and Product development process.
4. Excellent communication and organized management ability, be able to work and solve problems from the general view of the whole situation and system angle.

5. 新技术专业总师 New Technology Professional General Engineer

Job responsibilities：

1.Primarily responsible for the development trend research and new technology prognosis of new energy vehicles.
2.Responsible for the development trend tracking research of new energy vehicles; Information analysis, sorting and delivery, provide the decision-making base for the management team.
3.Take the responsibilities of technology project application management and planning overall control, technological innovation and intellectual property management.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above, vehicle engineering or related major is preferred, senior professional titles.
2.Several years' experience in completed vehicle management, strong technical ability, experience in new technology and product researching of domestic and international large automotive group is preferred.
3.Familiar with automotive products, technology and Product development process.
4.Excellent communication and organized management ability, be able to work and solve problems from the general view of the whole situation and system angle.

6. 策略控制专业总师 Strategy Controlling General Engineer

Job responsibilities：

1.Responsible for functional requirements analysis, R & D management of functional definition for vehicle control system.
2.Lead and deliver R&D progect management in control subsystem area
3.Responsible for leading the R & D management of vehicle state machine strategy and High-low voltage principle
4.Coordinate activities with various subsystems engineers to finish the project control system development
5.Assess and review  the R&D development process documents of various subsystems, check the rationality and assess the R&D management boundary in various subsystems.
6.lead the vehicle control system bench-testing and assist each subsystem to slove the R & D management closing problems

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree or above, vehicle engineering or related major is preferred, senior professional titles.
2.Several years management experience in automotive electronic control system development.
3.Good ability of analysis and problems solving in new energy electric vehicle control system architecture system.
4.Familiar with vehicle control technology, good understanding of vehicle control strategy.
5.Excellent communication and organized management ability, be able to work and solve problems from the general view of the whole situation and system angle.

7. NVH专业总师Chief Engineer of NVH Specialty

Job responsibilities：

1. Be responsible to set the finished-automobile NVH performance objectives of the new energy automobiles;
2. Be responsible to decompose the finished-automobile NVH performance objectives to systems and parts;
3. Be responsible for the formulation of the finished-automobile NVH performance objective achievement plan;
