新学期票不能带人了？

收到新学期票了，不过少了可以带人出行的那段话了，莫非政策改了？

学校正式来信说明了。

Dear students,

the parliament of the student body of RWTH Aachen did not renew the contract concerning the option to be accompanied by one additional person (Personenmitnahme, on workingdays after 7 p.m. and all-day on weekends) with your student's public transportation ticket (Semesterticket) for summer term 2014 (Sommersemester 2014).

Starting on April 1, 2014, you can no longer use this options.

Please note that other conditions concerning the student's public transportation ticket do not change.

You can read the press release of the general student council (AStA) of RWTH Aachen (german only) clicking link [1].

Please contact personenmitnahme@asta.rwth-aachen.de if you have any questions.

If you have not received your student's public transportation ticket yet, please contact the customer service center of ASEAG near Bushof Aachen (fon: 0241 1688-3040, internet: http://www.aseag.de/kontakt/)

你说对了：
Das Aachener Semesterticket beinhaltet eine Personenmitnahme nach 19 Uhr werktags sowie ganztägig am Wochenende und feiertags. Dies gilt nur noch bis 31.03.2014. Ab dem Sommersemester 14 gibt es die Personenmitnahme bis auf weiteres nicht mehr.
