一、选拨实习生基本要求：

The basic requirements for intern

1) 德文、英文可以作为工作语言，英文流利者优先；

Working language: English and German, fluency in English will be given the priority;

2) 良好的就业心态，愿意从一线实习做起，符合企业价值观；

Very good working attitude and willing to start as interns at the frontline, working under corporate values

3) 逻辑思维能力强，适应压力状态下工作；

Logical thinking skill, work under pressure

4) 愿意回中国工作

Willing to work in China
