我只是由于劳动法没有规定违约金上限,所以100万并不违法。但是实际操作中并不太可能拿到这么多金额。对于一般劳动者,会考虑其支付能力。出现这种纠纷,先仲裁,仲裁不服可以上诉。具体操作起来很是麻烦。也有很多漏洞。

如果公司开除员工,也有可能取得违约金,这要看合同具体如何约定了。比如你泄漏了公司机密,公司根据规定开除你,你的违约金也是逃不掉的。还有比如你旷工,这样也是要付违约金的。不然我工作了3个月,感觉不爽,我旷工1个月,公司开除我,然后我又不付违约金,那这个违约金还有什么意义?

我觉得大家应该总结一下面试的经验,好让大家有个警惕,不要上当,同时也积累一下经验。听上面这些前辈们说的,真是吓死我们这些巴望毕业的小辈啦。。。

本次培训预计的培训周期为________周。实际的培训周期和培训费用将以培训结束后经员工和公司

The training period is according to training plan, and may be changed by the Company.
培训时间参照培训计划,公司可根据需要更改培训周期。
In Overseas Training, the training duration is counted from the date when the employee starts from
China, till to the date when he/she finishes training and comes back China.
针对海外培训,培训期自员工从中国出发当天开始计算,至培训结束返回中国之日结束。
3. Training Cost 培训费用
The training cost which includes all of expenses borne by the Company (such as but not limited :
all expense for passport and visa, transportation fee, accommodation fee, training allowances
during the training period of full time training, insurance and training expenses paid by the
Company) shall be calculated in accordance with the actual expenditure after the completion of
training. Upon the completion of the training, the Company provide the Employee a Training
Completion Form in which the exact training duration and the actual amount of training cost
shall be confirmed. The Employee shall sign if he/she has no disagreement.
培训成本,包括所有由公司承担的费用(例如但不限于: 办理护照和签证的所有费用、交通费用、
食宿费用、培训津贴、保险费、以及课程费用),将在培训结束后根据实际支出加以计算。公司和
