Entry Level Position

Our Management Associate Program is a 24 months developmental program that will guide you through various management functions and includes multiple workshops and assignments as individual contributor in Quality, Production, Technical Service, Lean Manufacturing and BU functions.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.

- Ability to communicate fluently in English, and understand German is preferred.

- Open-mined attitude, energetic and dynamic.

- Available for international mobility.

- Team player with excellent communication skills, social and intercultural competency.
