地址：Roermonder Str.15，在ponttor附近，走路到食堂三分钟，到图书馆五分钟，地理位置极佳，公寓极新。
房屋两卧一厨一卫，33平左右，出租其中一间，室友是中国妹子人好不闹～
本人9.14-10.12回国，房子烤箱电饭煲咖啡机烤面包机烧水壶什么都有，拎包入住，原价一个月350欧，四周按300欧算。
