Main responsibilities:
1 Support and control of the daily management of the company's work.
2 Management of the mutual relations with external business groups and organizations, such as banks, accountants, the tax office, logistics companies.
3 Support in organizing meetings and conferences with customers, as well as the matters relating to the reception of guests.
4 To keep good relationships with the branch staff as well as colleagues from the headquarters in Shenzhen and to coordinate the remaining work.
Job Qualification:
1 Bachelor degree or higher.
2 Fluent German and English language skills. Chinese is an advantage.
3 Personal computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs.
4 Work responsibility, team spirit and independence at work.
