如题。
房子位于Aretzstrasse 35a. 周边公交很便利，离Bushof只有3站路，所有的班次全部到达或经过Bushof，到RWTH学校也有直达公交。
另室友两人都是中国人，非常nett。房屋面积大概15平米，房租是230欧包除了电以外的费用。厨房设备齐全，自带烤箱，洗衣机，洗碗机，少许家具需要uebernehmen。
